Terms of Use

Last updated: October 2026

These terms apply when you use remindsmovies.living and the referral service Remindsmovies Pest Control offers through it. By browsing the site, phoning the number on it or sending a form, you accept these terms. This page is a general template, not legal advice.

What the Service Is

Remindsmovies Pest Control is a referral and marketing service. We link homeowners with independent pest control and wildlife removal providers. We do not apply pesticides, treat termites, remove animals or do any other pest control work. We are also not a party to any agreement you make with a provider.

Providers Run Their Own Business

The providers you are connected with are independent businesses. They alone answer for their estimates, pricing, products, scheduling, workmanship, licensing, insurance and conduct. We do not employ, supervise or direct them. We make no promise about their availability, response time, work or results.

Before you hire anyone, we suggest you check their credentials, ask to see proof of license and insurance, and get a written estimate.

General Information Only

The content on this site is meant to inform. It is not professional, legal, health or financial advice, and it says nothing about whether a given product is safe. Cost ranges are typical U.S. figures that vary by job, and they are not quotes. Confirm the details with a qualified provider.

What We Ask of You

Please give accurate information when you reach out, and use the site only for lawful purposes. Do not misuse it, disrupt how it runs or try to get into it in ways that are not allowed.

Calls, Texts and Emails

When you phone or submit a form, you agree that we, and the provider you are connected with, may contact you about your request by phone, text or email. Calls may be tracked or recorded for quality and billing purposes. You can ask us to stop contacting you at any time by emailing contact@remindsmovies.living.

Ownership of Site Content

The content and design of this site belong to Remindsmovies Pest Control or its licensors. Please do not copy or reuse them for commercial purposes without permission.

Limits on Our Liability

To the fullest extent the law allows, Remindsmovies Pest Control is not responsible for any loss or damage that comes from using this site, from a provider's services or products, or from any agreement between you and a provider. The site is offered "as is," without warranties of any kind.

Changes to These Terms

We may revise these terms at any time. If you keep using the site after a change, you accept the updated terms.
